            I  recently had the pleasure of having to visit your dealership
for the first time.  My recently purchased 2008 Jeep Wrangler developed
some on-board diagnostic problems with several warning lights on the
instrument panel being activated. I  immediately contacted your service
manager, Rob Jakos, and made  arrangements to have my vehicle dropped off
that same afternoon.
 
  When I  arrived, I further explained the problems and asked
to rent a vehicle while he worked on my car. Mr.Jakos was very helpful,
efficient, polite and  professional. He contacted me the very next morning and
advised my vehicle  was repaired and ready for pick up. He further explained the
repairs that were completed.  I was not only surprised how quickly my jeep got fixed
but was relieved to know I was not going to be without it for an extended period of time.
When I went to pick up my jeep the next morning I was again greeted by
courteous members of the service department where I returned the rental
car and picked up my jeep.
 
I would like to take this time and commend your entire service staff for their professional,
courteous and quick response to my dilemma. First impressions mean a lot and the
type of reception and service I received certainly made my first impression of your dealership a

Just a short note to inform you of the excellent service provided to me by Mr. Flaherty

and the gentleman that was in charge of the service department on Saturday April 3rd, 2010.

I'm sorry I didn't get his name!

 

My Jeep was in for servicing and tire rotation and an unfortunate incident occurred. 

Mr. Flaherty and the other gentleman handled the situation professionally, courteously and timely,

turning a negative situation into a positive.
